# Join PDE early testing

PDE is for people already using AI chats and coding agents who want to connect AI to their own digital world. Alex is preparing PDE v3 and invites you to help explore it.

**Email [alex@wiredgeese.com](mailto:alex@wiredgeese.com)** with the resource you want to connect, what you want your AI to do, and whether you are interested in testing, building a Desk, or discussing the idea.

Testing is being prepared. After the v3 software stabilizes, Alex plans to register interested testers on his first Gate. Access and next steps are discussed individually; an email does not provide immediate registration.

You can explore the public [Garage Gate](https://garage.gate.pde.network/) and [Echo test Desk](https://echo.the.desk.pde.network/) as examples of work in progress. The Gate has a sign-in page; the Desk describes a test operation that returns supplied text. Opening either page does not establish an account, an attachment, or an independently verified end-to-end integration.

Alex reports that Telegram and Porkbun integrations worked for his personal use in PDE v1. Telegram and [Porkbun API](https://porkbun.com/api/json/v3/documentation) Desks are planned for v3; their v1 availability does not establish v3 support. You are welcome to write to discuss ideas or offer feedback even if you are not ready to test code.

## Build a Desk for your own needs

A Desk connects a Resource and applies your access policies. You can explore creating a compatible Desk with help from an AI coding agent; the code, credentials, permissions, and effects still need review and testing. Read [Build your own Desk](/desks) for examples and the v3 design.

## Ask about paid assistance

Alex offers paid assistance deploying a similar setup on a customer's VPS and creating or modifying Desks for customer needs. A message is an enquiry, not an order or an automatic deployment. The website does not itself provision infrastructure or connect Resources.
